The Fierce Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply for all promotions (“Offers”), and use of the Fierce Platform. In addition, the Terms and Conditions listed below apply to each Offer. If any term or condition of these Promotional Terms and Conditions is unacceptable to you, please do not visit, access, or use the Fierce Platform. Use of the words “Fierce”, “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Promotional Terms and Conditions refers to Fierce Technology, Inc. and any or all of its affiliates.    

  • This is a limited time Offer.
  • Fierce reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offer at any time. 
  • If you received the promotional code (directly or indirectly) from a third party, that third party also reserves the right to modify or cancel the Offer at any time. Fierce is not responsible for, and will not honor, promotional offers that appear on third-party websites that are not authorized by Fierce.
  • Promotion may only be available to customers located in the U.S. 
  • Offer good while supplies last.
  • You must complete Fierce account onboarding to be eligible to receive the Offer.
  • Offer may not be combined with other offers.
  • There may be a minimum trading, withdrawal or other requirement in order to be eligible to receive any Offer.
  • Offer is not transferable and may not be auctioned, traded, copied, transferred, bartered, modified or sold. 
  • Offer cannot be applied retroactively.

  • Terms and Conditions are subject to change by Fierce at any time without notice. 
  • Void where restricted or prohibited by law. 
  • Fierce’s computer is the official date/time keeping device for all Offers. 
  • You are responsible for paying any applicable tax related to the use of an Offer. Fierce has no obligation for payment of any tax in conjunction with the distribution or use of any Offer.
  • For Offers available to new customers, customers will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive the Offer if Fierce determines, in its sole discretion, that the customer is using a VPN, shared device, shared identification credentials, or is otherwise suspected of fraudulent activity.

If you violate any of the Offer Terms and Conditions, or the Fierce Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, the Offer will be invalid and rescinded, and your account will be closed.
